Subtitle QC Studio Privacy Policy
Subtitle QC Studio is a PanGalactic browser workspace for reviewing caption files, pasted subtitle text, timing rows, QC notes, issue lists, preview state, and generated reports. The product publisher and privacy contact is PanGalactic at valentinojavi94@gmail.com.
The app can access only subtitle text, file names, timing data, style notes, validation results, draft changes, and local settings that you type, paste, import, edit, save, copy, or download in the app. It does not require an account and does not ask for media-library, cloud-drive, or streaming-service credentials.
That information is used to process the QC workflow requested by the user: rendering the caption table, checking timing and text issues, preparing correction notes, generating reports, and creating user-initiated exports.
Draft text, theme choice, surface choice, and recent workspace state may be stored in this browser's local storage on this device so the workspace can reopen. You can clear the workspace in the app, remove browser site data, or delete exported files from your chosen folder.
Subtitle QC Studio runs in the browser security context of the installed PWA or hosted page. The app does not intentionally upload caption text or files to PanGalactic servers, and it does not include advertising or third-party analytics runtime scripts in this version.
PanGalactic does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your captions, QC notes, drafts, or reports to third parties. Microsoft Store, browser, operating system, hosting infrastructure, and email providers may process data only when you use those separate services.
If you send feedback or support email, your email provider handles that message. Include only anonymized subtitle excerpts unless you intentionally choose to share real project text for troubleshooting.
